At Parallel Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent match; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products. To ensure a smooth process, please keep all original packaging and ensure the bottle remains at least 95% full.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
